por·trait

 (pôr′trə-t)

Drawing, painting, photograph, sculpture or other representation of a person or animal, in which the face and it’s expression is predominant.

The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person. A portrait most often shows its subject looking directly at the artist of photographer, in order to most successfully engage the subject with the viewer.

Portrait commissions

I welcome requests for commissioned portraits if you have any questions you may have use the contact link to message me at anytime

My portraits are drawn on Acid Free Canson XL-Series 96# Bristol Paper, using high quality graphite pencils and finished with a sealing fixative that protects against smudging and aging.

Portraits are available in 2 sizes 11″x 14″ or 16″x20″. Due to size constraints as well as aesthetics, there are restrictions on number of faces, combinations and so on. All final portraits are the above dimensions, when you receive your portrait it should be matted to a larger size.
